I want to get ATV bumpers. I am always whacking into things while I’m out working this old place. Fishing Teaches You Patience and Perseverance
I have just two or three experiences of fishing, so it’s far from something I’d call a “hobby”. However, the time I had during fishing was great. I remember I had been to my wife’s place, and there are couple of good places near by her city to fish. Luckily once we happened to visit a nearby village which had a huge river running through it, and my brother in law took me there (he’s crazy about fishing, and had the carp bait and rods).
So there we are – sitting by the river, waiting for a bite. We had to wait an age for that first bite, and to be frank, I was getting rather bored! I realized that fishing wasnot my cup of tea since it requires patience, and certainly perseverance to get the fish. But looking at my brother in law, it was clear he was really enjoying myself – to each their own as they say!
Love is Like a Bike
When we were young and innocent, we were so afraid of getting bruises and scars, seeing blood and feeling pain. But in spite of these, we are still so carefree. We are afraid but we still try and learn how to drive a bike because we know it can make us happy.
Just like in love, we know that we will only feel pain, hurt and be rejected. But we still love and continue to love after suffering again and again… Hoping that someday, there will be pain no more, only happiness.
Our father taught us how to drive the bike. He assisted us and he assured us that he won’t leave. But we were too afraid that we cried when he left us driving alone. He taught us how to drive by our own selves, our own strength, even if it would mean getting scars and wounds. He also taught us that a cheap road bike is almost the same as an expensive one, that you can still experience the same happiness in riding in the cheap one.
Same with love, your loved one taught you how to be strong when he left you. He helped you prove that life can still go on without him. He made you stronger by breaking you heart. He also showed to you that love can not be shown through expensive gifts, that cheap things can sometimes be more thoughtful and special.
When we are in a bike store and we are in front of 26 mountain bikes, we do not know which one to choose. We always resort for something beautifully made or the one with accessories such as back seat, front basket, or other stuff. But after finding one which has all the things we want, we are still unsatisfied because we always miss the old one. It may be lost or broken but the first bike would still be first love.
